Heritage Triage has announced a landmark convening bringing together three of the most influential women in African diaspora business, trade, and advocacy — and the GUBA Diaspora Network is proud to be part of it.
The Ghana–Worcester–Boston Trade Engagement, taking place on 24 June 2026, is set to become one of the most significant diaspora trade events on the U.S. calendar this year — uniting global decision-makers around a single, urgent agenda: activating the economic power of the African diaspora.
Women of Influence. Continental Vision. Global Impact.
The event will be headlined by three powerhouses whose combined influence spans government, global commerce, and grassroots advocacy.
Lady Dentaa Amoateng MBE, President and CEO of GUBA Enterprise, is one of the most recognised names in African diaspora engagement. A cultural diplomat, nation builder, and internationally appointed advisor, Lady Dentaa has spent decades forging the connections that turn diaspora ambition into continent-shaping investment. Her participation signals the weight and seriousness of this convening.
Rita Adwoa Adubra Asante, Founder of Heritage Triage and the driving force behind this engagement, has built a reputation for creating spaces where diaspora professionals move from conversation to action. Her work bridges cultural heritage with economic strategy and this event is the fullest expression of that mission to date.
Adjoa Kyerematen, President of GH PAC and a leading figure in the Jousine Movement, brings institutional credibility and policy depth to the table. She is actively redefining what diaspora-led global trade advocacy looks like and this event is a direct extension of that work.
A Trade Corridor Whose Time Has Come
The Worcester–Boston region is home to one of the most concentrated and professionally accomplished Ghanaian diaspora communities in North America. The economic potential sitting within that community in capital, expertise, networks, and intent is enormous. What has been missing is the right structure to channel it.
The Ghana–Worcester–Boston Trade Engagement is built to close that gap. Through high-level dialogue, curated sessions, and direct bilateral engagement, attendees will leave with more than inspiration they will leave with pathways.
