The GUBA Diaspora Network (GDN) has officially announced its upcoming Business, Trade & Investment Mission to Ghana, scheduled to take place from 17th to 21st May 2026. The five-day initiative is set to bring together a select group of international business leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs for high-level engagements across Ghana’s public and private sectors.

Positioned as a strategic entry point into West Africa, the mission will provide delegates with direct access to key decision-makers, including government officials, traditional authorities, and leading industry players shaping the country’s economic landscape.
According to organisers, the programme has been designed to go beyond conventional business tours by offering pre-arranged deal meetings, executive roundtables, and curated networking sessions tailored to each participant’s sector and investment interests.
Participants will also gain in-depth insights into Ghana’s regulatory environment, emerging market opportunities, and sector-specific growth areas such as agribusiness, manufacturing, real estate, and finance.
A spokesperson for GDN noted that the mission aims to “bridge the gap between global capital and African opportunity by creating meaningful, results-driven connections that extend beyond the duration of the programme.”
The initiative will host only 15 delegates, ensuring a highly personalised and impactful experience. Each participant will engage in structured business discussions, bilateral meetings, and cultural immersion activities designed to support long-term partnerships and market entry.
In addition to business engagements, delegates will experience Ghana’s cultural and social environment—an element organisers describe as critical to building trust and understanding within the local business ecosystem.
The mission comes at a time when Ghana continues to attract global attention as a stable and promising investment destination within the region.
Applications are currently open, with participation subject to a selection process.
